Newark, Delaware — 7/25/2017 – Teakettica, LLC announced today that their Creative Director, Jane Clark, and their client, The Happy Self-Publisher, placed in the Delaware Press Association’s (DPA) 2017 Communications Contest.

Back in 2016, Lois Hoffman, owner of The Happy Self-Publisher, hired Teakettica to design a Press Kit and a Speaker One-Sheet. Hoffman then submitted the two pieces to the DPA’s 2017 Communications Contest.

The Speaker One-Sheet received second place. The Press Kit won an honorable mention for the design, graphics, and layout.

The DPA Communications Contest, open to all professional communicators in Delaware, provides an opportunity to compete in various print and electronic broadcasting fields. Contest entrants are honored at the annual DPA Contest Awards Banquet each spring.

Teakettica is a Newark-based branding and web design studio. Services they offer include: Branding, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Logo Design, Marketing & Consulting, SEO, and Web Design.

“This was the first year a client submitted our work to the DPA. We had no idea this contest was so huge. We hope to take first place next year! Right Lois?” says Clark.
